Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki, the eldest of three daughters,was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to psychotherapist[8] Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9 and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a former real estate developer with a grandfather who moved to Greece in 1904 and whose grandmother was of Irish descent. In 1976, her parents got married. Psaki is also a Polish-American. In 1996, she graduated from Greenwich High School. In 2000, she earned an education from the College of William & Mary. She is a Chi Omega Sorority member. Psaki was an athlete in the backstroke on the William & Mary Tribe's athletic team for two years consecutively. Psaki began her professional journey in 2001, working on the reelection campaigns of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was then appointed as the deputy press secretary for John Kerry's presidential campaign in 2004. Between 2005 and 2006, Psaki served as communications director to U.S. representative Joseph Crowley and regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC announced that Psaki will be a political analysts during the 2022 United States elections, and during the 2024 presidential election. In 2023, she will host a show for MSNBC's Peacock streaming channel. [3535 Psaki appeared on TV for the first time following being dismissed as White House Press secretary.
